Payment methods

After confirming your payment, we will prepare for shipping. For payments within Japan, you can choose from all available payment methods except for COD. For payments outside of Japan, only the following payment methods are available.

Points to Note when Shipping Overseas

You may have to pay taxes and customs fees at the time of import in addition to the amount you pay at the on-line shop. Note that these costs will be borne by the customer. Since they are out of our control, check how much the taxes and customs fees will be before purchase by yourself. We are not responsible for any of these.

Our company is not responsible for transport delays caused by import problems, customs delays, or other reasons.

Return policy

In the unlikely event that the product is damaged or if there is a problem with delivery, contact us through support@timeless-edition.com via e-mail within 72 hours after receiving. At that time, please send us your order number, product, and photo. No complaints will be accepted after this period.

Cancellation Due to Customer Convenience

Returns are accepted if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Used or opened products cannot be returned. We will process your refund once we receive the item safely. At that time, costs incurred in shipping the product to the customer and returning it to us, are not refundable.
